Sweet-Orr is a workwear brand founded in 1871 in Wappingers Falls, New York. The brand is well known for its iconic tag featuring six men engaged in a tug-of-war with a piece of clothing. Button Works has recreated the horseshoe-shaped double ring that Sweet-Orr originally distributed as a novelty item at the time.

This meticulously crafted piece faithfully recreates SWEET-ORR’s novelty item, from the material to the shape. Like the original, it is made of iron, adding to its authentic appeal. While paying the utmost respect to the original, the reproduction also embraces unique originality inherent to such items. The colors offer distinct finishes: silver features a subdued, non-glossy patina; charcoal exudes a vintage feel reminiscent of antique silver; and black boasts a matte finish similar to Mil-Spec (U.S. military standard) items. Including gold, the piece also allows you to enjoy the beauty of natural aging over time.

Different engravings are featured on each side: “BUTTON WORKS UNION MADE OVERALLS” on one side and “BUTTON WORKS UNION MADE TROUSERS” on the other.
