Shipping Details
All orders placed with BARNS OUTFITTERS will be shipped via DHL.
For orders placed from areas where DHL delivery is not available, alternative couriers may be used.

After your order is completed, we will check stock availability within 1–3 business days and ship items accordingly.
Shipping is typically completed within 1 week after order confirmation.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or national holidays may take longer to ship.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on your region.
For purchases over ¥30,000 (JPY), shipping is free.
For orders under ¥30,000, the following fees apply:

  • Asia: ¥3,300

  • Oceania: ¥4,000

  • Europe: ¥4,000

  • North America: ¥4,000

Customs Duties
Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to provide information on specific duty amounts—please check with your local customs office.

Tracking Your Shipment
You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
For delivery changes (such as rescheduling or address modifications) or in case your package does not arrive, please contact your local courier office directly with your tracking number.
