About Import Duties and Other Taxes

We are pleased to announce that as of March 11, 2026 (JST), all international orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

1. All-Inclusive Pricing

For all delivery destinations outside of Japan, the total amount displayed at checkout now includes all applicable import duties, consumption taxes (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees. There are no hidden charges or additional fees to be paid upon the arrival of your package.

2. Seamless Delivery Experience

Under the DDP model, we (the shipper) take full responsibility for the payment of all import-related taxes and fees. This ensures a faster and more reliable customs clearance process, allowing your order to be delivered directly to your doorstep without the need for any payment to the courier.

3. Transparency and Compliance

The calculation of these duties and taxes is based on the laws of the destination country and the specific type of merchandise. By collecting these at the time of purchase, we ensure full compliance with local tax regulations while providing our customers with 100% price transparency.

4. Important Notice regarding Refusal of Delivery

While all duties are prepaid, should a package be returned or abandoned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unauthorized refusal of delivery, the customer will remain responsible for all incurred costs. This includes original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any administrative fees associated with the return process.
