Returns and Refunds

*For retuning goods due to customer's personal circumstances, the shipping fee have to be paid by customers.

*For free shipping orders, if the purchasing amount becomes smaller than the valid amount for the free shipping service as a result of returning goods, the original shipping fee have to be paid by customers.

About returned goods exchange
* If you receive the item at hand, please confirm immediately whether the item is incomplete.
* Basically, items that can be returned or exchanged will be limited to items of "State at the time of sending".

Procedure of communication of returns / size exchanges
In any case, please note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges without notification.
Although we are sorry very much, please describe the contents of the following to "within 7 days after delivery of goods", please contact by e-mail.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TKS Higashikanda Building, 3-3-8 Higashikanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 101-0031, Japan

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
