"A Modernized Reproductions of a Vintage Icon"

This masterpiece faithfully reproduces a rare novelty item originally produced by SWEET-ORR, meticulously remade from its choice of materials to its refined silhouette.
Founded in 1871 in Wappingers Falls, New York, SWEET-ORR is a legendary American workwear brand best known for its iconic woven tag depicting six men in a tug-of-war using a pair of pants.
Button Works has reimagined the horseshoe-shaped split ring originally distributed by SWEET-ORR as a novelty gift, updating it into a modern, highly practical round-shaped split ring. Each side is stamped with a distinct vintage-inspired inscription: "BUTTON WORKS UNION MADE OVERALLS" on one side, and "BUTTON WORKS UNION MADE TROUSERS" on the other.

Silver: Finished with a muted, matte patina that gives it a rugged, vintage character.
Charcoal: Crafted with a deep, oxidized finish reminiscent of antique sterling silver.
Black: Coated in a military-spec (Mil-Spec) style matte black. Over time, the black coating gradually wears away to reveal the underlying copper plating beneath.
Gold: Classic brass that builds a rich, natural patina with daily wear.
Each colorway offers a unique and gratifying aging process over time.

    Precautions

Due to the nature of raw brass and plating, the Gold colorway may exhibit subtle dark spots, tarnish, or slight discoloration.
These unique characteristics naturally occur during the finishing process and add to the vintage authenticity of each piece.
