A brand-new model joins BARNS OUTFITTERS lineup of sweatshirts this season: the “G.O.A.T. Sweatshirt.” Crafted from a mid-weight fleece knit with a blend of slub yarn, it strikes the ideal balance — thick enough to feel substantial, yet light enough for easy movement. Finished with BARNS OUTFITTERS signature pigment dyeing, this piece is offered in brighter tones that add a pop of color to the typically muted fall/winter palette. It works perfectly on its own in fall and spring, or as a layering piece in winter. A sweatshirt truly worthy of the name “G.O.A.T.” — the Greatest of All Time. A new design of “ROLL”, arguably the most popular pattern in BARNS OUTFITTERS’ history, debuts this season.

"New ROLL"

The ever-popular “ROLL”. Since its debut, “ROLL” has remained a staple of BARNS OUTFITTERS’ prints, appearing across a variety of items over the years. This season, the brand has intentionally refreshed this iconic design to create a new version of “ROLL.” The logo draws inspiration from 1970s–80s camera and audio equipment companies, evoking a retro feel reminiscent of advertisements, commercials, and posters from that era. The print technique varies by color: white features a wash-out effect, while sage and pink use a cracked finish.

The neckline is kept simple with an overlock finish, prioritizing softness and comfortable wear.

By adopting raglan sleeves, the range of motion is expanded and shoulder bulk is reduced when wearing an outer layer. The design is focused on providing a stress-free wearing experience.

The ribbing at the cuffs and hem is set with just the right amount of tension, striking a balance between the sweatshirt’s inherent sporty feel and a clean, refined look.

Except for the white color, the fabric is pigment-dyed to add color to the surface, then washed to recreate the unique faded look of vintage clothing. Repeated washing enhances the fading, allowing you to enjoy the natural aging process over time.

With a moderately thick pile fleece, it can be worn comfortably from early autumn through early spring.
