BARNS OUTFITTERS proudly introduces new pieces from its "Re:Productor" series—an initiative that spares no effort in showcasing the best of Japanese craftsmanship. Launched in the 2024 S/S season, this series was born from the concept of faithfully reproducing iconic vintage designs, especially as the value of original vintage items continues to soar. Now, just ahead of midsummer, the latest 2025 A/W collection has arrived. This season’s spotlight is on the state of Oregon, with designs inspired by a certain cult classic film released in 1986—set in none other than Oregon itself.

Love the vintage aesthetic but hesitant about wearing second-hand clothing? This piece is made just for you. The Re:Productor series utilizes advanced modern techniques to recreate the natural aging of past-era items, achieving an authentic vintage feel—without actually being vintage. It’s brand new, yet it looks anything but. More than just a creative twist, this magic ball of a collection from BARNS OUTFITTERS defies expectations. For the 2025 A/W season, BARNS OUTFITTERS turns its attention to Oregon, a state located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. This design draws inspiration from a coming-of-age film released in 1986, set in Oregon, which depicts a group of boys and their unforgettable summer of adventure and growth. The design features distressed rubber prints to evoke a vintage feel. The white version undergoes a one-wash process, while the black is treated with a frost finish—each processed differently to enhance the worn-in, nostalgic look.

The neckline is finished with a self-fabric shoulder-to-shoulder taping, preserving the retro aesthetic while also reinforcing the collar to prevent it from stretching over time.

The sizing features a slightly elongated silhouette, giving it a vintage-inspired look.

The fabric retains its tubular construction, known as Marudō, eliminating side seams for a seamless finish. This design ensures a soft, irritation-free feel, providing ultimate comfort and a stress-free wearing experience.

The white version is simply finished with a one-wash treatment, while the black version undergoes a process called "frost processing," which removes color from the fabric surface to create a vintage-like, faded look.

To create a vintage look, the garment has undergone heavy processing. As a result, there may be slight variations in sizing.
