"Vintage-inspired items"

Using 16-count thread, the exquisite original body is neither too thick nor too thin, and by using pigment dyeing, it has been finished into an item with a sun-faded vintage feel that is characteristic of BARNS OUTFITTERS. Bright colors were chosen for the print so that it can be used as an accent color in the fall and winter season, when colors tend to fade. The design is inspired by B-grade space movies from the 70s and 80s.

"A nostalgic B-grade feel"

The design is inspired by space-themed movies from the 70s and 80s. It has a B-movie feel to it, with a font that seems to be a parody of a certain very famous sci-fi movie, a somewhat unrefined atmosphere, and a print of the relaxed phrase "Howdy = hello," which is said to have been used by cowboys. This movie, which expresses the cutting edge of the time and feels nostalgic now, also feels new in some ways, making it perfect for the current mood. That is the design we aimed for. The printing method used is washout for the white and cracked rubber for the charcoal.

The neck is finished with an shoulder-to-shoulder taping so that the seam allowance does not directly contact the skin for a stress-free fit and to prevent stretching. This is a specification often seen in American vintage clothing.

The basic size makes it suitable for a wide range of uses, from wearing it alone to as an inner layer.

Pigment dyeing is used to apply color to the surface of the fabric, and then the fabric is washed to recreate the faded look that is unique to vintage clothing.
