This is a standard item produced with the unique production background of BARNS OUTFITTERS, including a small-sized knitting machine for knitting heavyweight fabrics and flat seamer sewing using U.S. sewing machines. The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of fabrics that could withstand flat seaming without layering, is a piece that can be worn for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body. This time, two colors, military-derived coyote and autumn/winter-inspired dark green, are available. The result is a piece that is both easy to match and enjoyable to wear as it ages, thanks to the unique pigment dyeing process.

「Our Cozun knitting method」
This method utilizes a small-size knitting machine modeled after the traditional loopwheel machines used during the Taisho-era (1912-1926). This machine operates at a much more moderate speed and at a far lower degree of tension compared to its modern counterparts. This is a truly premium knitting machine, of which only a few exist in the world, which we use to create our supremely soft knit garments.

"Classic Detail"

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a fall/winter staple. A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of Barnes to the fullest. The "double V gusset," originally a detail of vintage sweatshirts, is expressed in a cut-and-sew fabric to create a classical piece.

Flat seamer sewing is gentle against the skin for stress-free wear.

The ribs are also dyed in the same color as the body, allowing the ribs to change over time.

The round-body construction with no side seams provides a clean look and stress-free comfort.

Pigment dyeing is applied to a standard fabric that can be used heavily, allowing it to change over time.

Due to the characteristics of pigment dyeing, the folded part of the sleeve and the side may have an uneven finish in color like a line. It is easy to appear especially in light colors, but we ask for your understanding as a characteristic of the dyeing process.
