Though finer than our standard heavy knits, it sits in a perfectly substantial, mid-weight category that provides excellent structure without the weight. Treated with our signature pigment dye, this custom body features a premium blend of semi-combed cotton yarn. By mixing long and short fibers, it achieves a beautifully natural, textured grain and a crisp, dry touch. Since its debut, "ROLL" has maintained an ironclad popularity, rightfully earning its place as the definitive signature print of BARNS OUTFITTERS. Over the years, this legendary graphic has graced a variety of our iconic silhouettes. The design takes its inspiration from a vintage sign at a historic California diner owned by a local biker—cleverly doubling as a playful nod to the famous "California Roll." To do this heritage story justice, we utilized a washout printing technique, allowing the graphic to seamlessly blend into the fabric's textured grain for a perfectly weathered, cohesive finish.
