The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of fabrics that could withstand flat seaming without layering, is a piece that can be worn for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body.
Our luxurious annual edition, featuring a concho crafted from a genuine vintage coin, returns this Autumn/Winter.
This year’s lineup focuses on versatility with three essential colors: Black, Khaki, and our special season-exclusive Brown.

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a fall/winter staple.
A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest.
This piece focuses on intricate neckline details, featuring a distinctive key-neck design finished with premium piping.
The centerpiece is an "Apollo" concho—expertly crafted by Button Works from an authentic vintage coin—adding a unique vintage character to the collar.

The sleeves feature a relaxed 9-fouth length with a raw-edge finish. While the look is casual and undone, each cuff is securely finished with a flatlock overstitch, ensuring the fabric won't unravel even after years of heavy wear.

The round-body construction with no side seams provides a clean look and stress-free comfort.

The color is applied to the surface of the fabric using pigment dye, and then washed to recreate the faded look that is unique to vintage clothing. The color fades with repeated washing, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.

The thick, fluffy fabric has been hand-brushed by artisans to keep you warm even in the harsh cold of midwinter.

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
