NORTH WORKS is a workshop and atelier in a renovated U.S. military house, where they continue to create products with unchanging value based on basic designs. Each item is made by hand, so each piece has a slightly different face, which becomes the flavor of the item. This ring, characterized by stamps of three eyes and an arrow, is part of a special collaborative Indian Jewelry series commissioned by BARNS OUTFITTERS. This series pays respect to the various Native American tribes and silversmiths who have been a central influence on the brand since its beginning.

In Native American life, arrows were essential tools for hunting and warfare, and the arrow motif is believed to serve as a protective charm, helping the wearer ward off evil when worn as jewelry. Additionally, since ancient times, adornments featuring "eyes" have been thought to have protective powers, as misfortune was believed to be brought about by envious or jealous gazes. Using the eye motif in this way was considered an effective means of deflecting such evil stares.

The inside is stamped with the logos of both BARNS OUTFITTERS and NORTH WORKS. Each stamp is applied by hand, resulting in a one-of-a-kind finish unique to every piece.
