【Button Works】 Brass Wear Swivel Hook BW-0212
"An Essential Accent for Your Waistline"
Among the few dedicated accessories in men’s fashion, belt-loop keychains have remained a timeless staple, evolving in form across generations.
This standard layout—combining Button Works original swivel hook and a classic split ring—has been thoughtfully refined with signature Button Works craftsmanship.
In a clever play on words, the split ring is engraved with "Brass wear" rather than the conventional term "Brass Ware," symbolizing the concept of incorporating raw brass hardware seamlessly into everyday apparel and fashion.
It is a subtle detail filled with Button Works’ signature playfulness and passion.
Silver: Finished with a muted, matte patina that gives it a rugged, vintage character.
Black: Coated in a military-spec (Mil-Spec) style matte black. Over time, the black coating gradually wears away to reveal the underlying copper plating beneath.
Gold: Classic raw brass that builds a rich, natural patina with daily wear.
Each colorway offers a unique and gratifying aging process over time.
Features

Precautions
Due to the nature of raw brass and plating, the Gold colorway may exhibit subtle dark spots, tarnish, or slight discoloration.
These unique characteristics naturally occur during the finishing process and add to the vintage authenticity of each piece.
【Button Works】
Buttons, zippers, novelty goods, snaps—once considered minor details in workwear—are meticulously researched and reproduced using traditional American manufacturing techniques and materials. Through this dedication to revival, they bring fresh value and perspective to the apparel industry.
