The city of Fussa in Tokyo, about 40 km from the center of the city, has a somewhat American atmosphere, partly due to the Yokota Air Base. NORTH WORKS is a workshop and atelier in a renovated U.S. military house, where they continue to create products with unchanging value based on basic designs. Each item is made by hand, so each piece has a slightly different face, which becomes the flavor of the item. A new addition for the 24AW season is a bespoke ring made by BARNS OUTFITTERS using a 50¢ coin produced between 1916 and 1947.

The Walking Liberty Half Dollar is an American 50¢ silver coin that was produced between 1916 and 1947. It is said to be one of the most beautiful coins in the world, featuring a design of the Statue of Liberty striding towards the sun. This precious vintage coin has been lavishly used and handcrafted into a ring by the artisans of NORTH WORKS.

A thick coin is processed into a ring, giving it a luxurious finish that clearly shows the design of the coin.

The design on the inside is unique to real coins that have designs on both sides. Each coin has a different face, making them one-of-a-kind items.
