"Pendant head reminiscent of Native American jewelry"
The city of Fussa in Tokyo, about 40 km from the center of the city, has a somewhat American atmosphere, partly due to the Yokota Air Base. NORTH WORKS is a workshop and atelier in a renovated U.S. military house, where they continue to create products with unchanging value based on basic designs. Each item is made by hand, so each piece has a slightly different face, which becomes the flavor of the item. New for the 24AW season is a necklace reminiscent of Native American jewelry with turquoise inlaid on a 5-cent coin.

"Items with a bold arrangement of real coin motifs"
The five-cent coin, commonly known as the "nickel." Originally, silver was used for 5-cent coins and they were called half-dimes. However, due to a shortage of silver, an alloy of copper and nickel was used as a substitute metal, and the coin came to be known as a nickel. This necklace features a pendant head with a bold arrangement of turquoise inlaid into the motif of what is known as a buffalo nickel from that era of coins.
The necklace chain is made of 925 silver.
