A signature item crafted with BARNS OUTFITTERS' unique production methods, including heavyweight fabric knitted on low-gauge machines and flat-seam stitching using vintage American sewing machines. The "COZUN" series began with fabric development strong enough to withstand flat-seam stitching, resulting in a material that molds to the body over time for long-lasting comfort and wear.  This high-neck design, released only once a year, features an Apollo concho made from a vintage Mercury Dime coin by Button Works. While pigment-dyed versions have been released annually, the standard colors are making a long-awaited return after several years. Additionally, big sizes (XL and up) are now available!

Flat-seam stitching is used in the construction, ensuring a seamless feel against the skin for a stress-free and comfortable wear experience.

The COZUN knitting machine is a modified version of an old-style sinker knitting machine used during the transition from traditional loopwheel machines to high-speed sinker machines. It retains the softness of loopwheel knitting while incorporating the firmness and resilience of sinker knitting, creating a unique texture only possible with this vintage equipment.  BARNS OUTFITTERS has been continuously using this method to produce staple pieces for years.
