Introducing a new character with a different atmosphere from the popular "Uncle" series by BARNS OUTFITTERS. He tries fishing but doesn't catch anything... but there is no sense of despair in his expression. Rather, the uncle, who has time to smoke his pipe, seems to be enjoying the feel of a lure called a Surface Killer that attacks the water surface and his newly acquired top water rod. The design looks like an advertisement for a new fishing rod. A half rubber print is used for the print.

The neck is finished with an shoulder-to-shoulder taping so that the seam allowance does not directly contact the skin for a stress-free fit and to prevent stretching. A specification commonly seen on printed bodies from the 90s and 00s.
