By adopting a side-seam construction, we have made it possible to produce sizes that could not be manufactured before due to knitting machine limitations! All sizes except XXXL will maintain the traditional seamless tubular design.

This is a standard item produced with the unique production background of BARNS OUTFITTERS, including a small-sized knitting machine for knitting heavyweight fabrics and flat seamer sewing using U.S. sewing machines. The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seaming without overlapping the fabric, is a piece that can be used for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body.   As a new color for the spring/summer season, last year’s popular mustard shade makes a return this year.

"Classic Detail"

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a spring/summer staple. A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest. The "double V gusset," originally a detail of vintage sweatshirts, is expressed in a cut-and-sew fabric to create a classical piece.

Flat seamer sewing is gentle against the skin for stress-free wear.

The round-body construction with no side seams provides a clean look and stress-free comfort.

This item symbolizes BARNS OUTFITTERS craftsmanship, which begins with the selection of yarns and continues through the knitting and dyeing processes of fabric production.

"COZUN"

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
