Sizes that previously couldn't be produced due to the knitting machines limitations can now be produced by using a side seam specification! Sizes S to L are still round body specifications as before.

This is a standard item produced with the unique production background of BARNS OUTFITTERS, including a small-sized knitting machine for knitting heavyweight fabrics and flat seamer sewing using U.S. sewing machines. The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of fabrics that could withstand flat seaming without layering, is a piece that can be worn for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body. The second pigment-dyed version of the 24AW seasonal color lineup is now available. This time, two colors are available: brown, which has a calm, autumn-winter-like color, and red, which has an outstanding presence and perfectly reproduces the atmosphere of the faded red seen in vintage sweatshirts. Also available in XL and larger sizes.

"Classic details"

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a fall/winter staple. A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest. It features a double V-neck gusset, a detail of vintage sweatshirts that is rarely seen these days, and is sewn with a flat seam to create a piece that has a classic look but is comfortable to wear.

Flat seamer sewing is gentle against the skin for stress-free wear.

The color is applied to the surface of the fabric using pigment dye, and then washed to recreate the faded look that is unique to vintage clothing. The color fades with repeated washing, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.

The thick, fluffy fabric has been hand-brushed by artisans to keep you warm even in the harsh cold of midwinter.

"COZUN"

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
