Sizes that previously couldn't be produced due to the knitting machines limitations can now be produced by using a side seam specification! Sizes S to L are still round body specifications as before.

This is a standard item produced with the unique production background of BARNS OUTFITTERS, including a small-sized knitting machine for knitting heavyweight fabrics and flat seamer sewing using U.S. sewing machines. The "COZUN" series, which began with the development of fabrics that could withstand flat seaming without layering, is a piece that can be worn for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body. As part of the 24AW season, we are releasing a faithful reproduction of the Raglan Sleeve Sweatshirt that was sold by BARNS OUTFITTERS in the 1990s. In addition, XL sizes will also be available, following on from the standard items.

This model began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seamer sewing and has now become a fall/winter staple. A simple piece that allows you to enjoy the charm of BARNS OUTFITTERS to the fullest. While the classic COZUN sweatshirt features set-in sleeves, BARNS OUTFITTERS dug into their well-known archives to recreate the raglan sleeves that were available in the 1990s. In addition, the underarms are fitted with ribbing to give the sweatshirt even more elasticity. Flat seams are used for the stitching, providing stress-free comfort even with the seams.

The natural and gray versions have ribs of the same color, while the black, navy, and mustard versions have different vintage feel due to the varying intensity of the rib dye.

The round-body construction with no side seams provides a clean look and stress-free comfort.

The COZUN knitting machine was made by improving an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine that was used during the transitional period from loopwheel knitting machines to high-speed sinker knitting machines. It has the unique characteristics of an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine, combining the softness of a loopwheel knitting machine with the firmness of a sinker knitting machine. It has been a staple at BARNS OUTFITTERS for many years.
